Located outside of Portland Oregon, Tempest, Inc. was founded in 1997 offering PCB design services. Tempest's origins stem from a small design dept. in a larger company that was abounding with request for special PCB designs projects that superseded the standard products and services provided. Tempest was formed and has enjoyed a diverse set of customers for over 14 years, some of which have benefited from a long standing relationship with us.
